Quote function not working in most threads

Just wondering why the quote function is not working in most threads?

That's not even always the case. It seems to me that there are times during the day when this function does not work regardless if I type it in manually or allow the automated system to do its job. This is why I believe that it is just a time when the server is unable to handle what's coming in because of something that is happening with the server system.

It's only certain boards having the problem, notably the abortion forum. None of the threads in there are BBC enabled. I don't know about vBulletin but I've administrated PhPbb forums and it's a simple matter to fix. All the administrators have to do is enable BBCode on the affected forums and it'll work.

I'm glad to offer to fix the problem, it's only a simple matter of giving me temporary admin status. I won't pwn you guys, don't worry. :D
