Has anyone heard that they are going back to a court decision about partial birth abortions? That is real bullshit! The baby is able to live outside the womb by the third trimester.That is BULLSHIT and Stupid! That is really messed up. I hope that never gets passed. God help this country if it does. How can someone actually fight that law. Ohhhhh. That makes me mad.

Well I haven't heard of this, but do you have all the specifics on it? Is it going to allow these partial birth abortions for just anyone? I doubt it, that sounds lunatistic.

I'd assume that these partial birth abortions will be allowed only if the full birth of the child will be life threatening to the mother, or when it can be deemed that the child has absolutely no chance of surviving long and will only suffer while it does. Then again, these are blatent, unstudied assumptions based on the restrictrions I myself would put on it.

Even when this is not the case, for most people who go through it they will still suffer immensely from the reprocussions of the act. Not only will there certainly be immense paperwork and expenses to dispose of this life, but I'm certain that emotional pains will be most unbearable for the mother a long time after the abortion so deep into her pregnancy.

I hope that they deny it and leave everything else alone. The only reason to keep late term abortions available is in extreme circumstances.
