here's the deal...guy sneaks(?) into girls bedroom, says he's her boyfriend...they have sex....she claims he raped her, that she would never have consented had she known he wasn't her boyfriend...court says it ain't rape, girl says it is...what do you think?

ok...now something to think about...what are the odds that she DIDN'T know it was her b-friend?...when you've slept with somebody, been that intimate with them, can you not tell the difference when somebody different comes into your bed?...i'm not disagreeing with you, just playin devil's advocate here :D
