Awesome Desktop manager for Windows

Any of you who know anything about a desktop environment for Linux called "beryl project" will recognize the cube. Will now you can get the cube for Windows:

It kicks ass. You just download it, unpack it to its own directory, and click on the .exe. Then when the screen comes up, just click "start with Windows". It's as simple as that, you don't have to install it or anything.
