What, is this supposed to prove that EU is bad? The guy says government!

And really, do you think that kinda law will pass? Isn't there politicans in US that tries about the same thing?

Surely not.

General, look up the word fascist. Just because they have laws that you think are wrong or unjust, doesn't mean they're fascist.

No, but the EU does definitely seem to be leaning toward a "nice version" of fascism. At least "nice" on the surface. No jack booted morons marching down the streets, but just as dangerous, England. If it gives you any consolation, we are beginning to hear the rumblings of plan to create the "North American Union" on this side of the pond... Canada, United States and Mexico.
