Nano circuit offers big promise...

The first computer circuit to be built on a single molecule has been unveiled by researchers in the US.

50 Megahertz? On an 18-micrometer-long chip? That's pretty damn impressive! It doesn't seem that long ago that 66 & 33 mhz 486's ruled the world, but those processors were no where near this small.

I don't think a carbon nanotube is equal in size to a molecule; that would be impossible. But still extremely small. :P
