Clinton is lucky he is not on trial for treason and facing the death penalty. Being accused of being a sex offender is the least of his worries.
My guess is that one day, a Kurd will seek him out after what he allowed to happen. If not a Kurd, it will be someone from Rhodesia.
One of the worst presidents in the history of this nation.....a communist bastard

She wants it huh? Wants the mobile home too I will bet. The bushhog, the chevy, the bug zapper, the second fridge in the yard.....take it all to New York with her?
Hey, does anyone know why this broad chose New York instead of Arkansas?

Hey, does anyone know why this broad chose New York instead of Arkansas?
She probably figured she couldn't win Arkansas. A New York senator was retiring at the time, and the Republicans had offered Rudy Giuliani. I'm sure the Democrats were eager to also nominate a big name lest they lose the seat to the Republicans. And for someone with political aspirations, New York probably provides a higher political profile than Arkansas..
Her "exploratory committee" most likely found that most New Yorkers don't seem to care that she had no political background in New York.. So everybody's happy. :p

If you look back in history, virtually every single president has committed the same crime... yet most were more careful ;)
Regardless, Clinton stank on ice, and we have more problems than most could imagine thanks to his cowardice.

If I remember right, Jimmy Carter had everyone on his staff sign a statement indicating that if they engaged in scandalous behaviors, they were OUT in a big way.
When did Mr. Carter ever shove a cigar into the privates of a young girl in the oval office?
How about Mr. Johnson?
How about any of the Bushes?
Not even Nixon did those things!
You say "MORE CAREFUL".....does that mean that they used disappearing cigars, or perhaps "silenced" their cigar victims? I did not even know that every President smoked cigars or screwed around with the daughters of dentists!
Do you think the troops at Valley Forge would have stuck with Washington if Washington was running around shoving cigars into girls?
A man who shoves a cigar into the privates of a young girl, and then pulls it out and shoves it in his mouth, is certainly not presidential material! How could you ever trust his judgement in matters of State, if he cant even trust his own personal judgement in personal and sexual relationships and behaviors? How do you trust a bastard like that with the nuke codes? With finances? Have you really slipped so far to the left that you actually condone this man's behaviors when he sat in office as the President of a nation?
This is a guy that probably bites the bubbles in his bathtub! This is a man that stood idly by and allowed genocide to take place in TWO nations in which we were engaged in alliances. This is a man that his own Secret Service agents had to come to him with complaints about their being referred to as "personal pigs" and other nasty monikers. THE CLINTON ADMINISTRATION LACKED PROFESSIONALISM ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE BOARD! The fact that the Demofreeks rever this man above all others, is a clear and useful barometer with which to gauge the level of decadence within the Demorat party as a group!
Clinton did ONE THING for the common good. He made an example of himself as to WHY the USA does not need the Demorat party or the leadership it has put forth in modern times!

It's true to some extent, though. Even Thomas Jefferson, one of the greatest men in our country's history (and the first "republican" president, though Lincoln was the first to actually go by that title), was purported as having slept with a number of his slaves. Neither Jim nor I condone this kind of behavior at all, and I think it's sick that anyone would do something like that. Clinton's biggest problem was that he did it and lied about it. That just asserts his inadequacy as president of our country. Not to mention all the other idiotic things he did in office.

Mr. Carter is a gentleman in every respect of the word. It is sad that his efforts were for the democrats. While he was somewhat weak on National Defense, he did in fact get Brezhnev into a dialogue that had a positive result.
He should have listened to warnings from CIA on a host of other matters.
Carter was a gentleman...is a gentleman even now.
This is simply a statement of fact!

Is that a huge problem? What two adults do to each other consensually is not a big deal.. They weren't hurting anybody. And frankly, I'm not surprised he lied (perjured, sadly) about it -- how many people want their sexual escapades splattered across headlines and have their lives and careers shattered over consensual activity?
People can have issues with Clinton's policies and such, but to bandy an affair as proof of a failed presidency seems a bit of a stretch to me.. Hell, there's plenty to criticize without picking on his kinks..

my problem with this isn't the act itself...it's with the FACT that if any one of us had lied to a federal grand jury as the slickster did, we'ld be looking at jail time and a fine, minimally...if i remember correctly, perjury to a grand jury for any reason is a felony, is it not?...i agree that a person's sex life is a private thing, but why can't they treat him like they do the rest of the populace?
as for his "policies"...i think the biggest success he had was taking credit for moves made by a republican (that's conservative for ya'll thick heads:D) congress...the "deal with america" was a resounding success at the time, but unfortunately, those same fuckin republicans bent us over when they took control of the white house...

Don't forget taking the credit for a booming economy that was setup by the first Bush administration and then screwing it up and leaving the second Bush administration to take the heat. That was admirable.

Clinton was acquitted by the Senate of both charges of perjury and obstruction of justice, so technically he's innocent. :D
But I agree.. People with power will get away with more than you and I ever will..

To place him alongside Harding(The worst president, bar none, ever) would be an insult to Clinton. Harding makes Clinton look down right moral.
Now, before you go off on me for being a liberal(I am, as well as a Commie, but that's not the point), I have stated(And will state) that Nixon is far better than he is given credit for, and did a great deal of good things for our country, and is undeserving of being called one of the worst presidents. Was he an imperialistic racist prick who broke the law? Yes. He deserves criticism for that. That doesn't mean he didn't do good things, and quite frankly he did more good than most presidents did, especially in international affairs. So... yeah... I may be a liberal commie, but that doesn't mean I can't see the sides of an issue.

um... he expressed sexual feelings towards a mummy once.
"From Time magazine. 6/17/96 p. 104
refers to "Juanita" a recently discovered Inca mummy
"You know, if I were a single man, I might ask that mummy out. That's a good-looking mummy!"---Bill Clinton" (http://www.gargaro.com/clintonquotes.html)
