The skills of the gun bearer is, of course, about as important as the gun itself.

The robber fired twice and obviously missed, maybe they were warning shots and he didn't expect the owner guy to keep coming at him. Kind of a crazy move to attack a man armed with a gun when you only have a knife (obviously), but the good guy won. The bad guy looks to be in pretty rough shape. He got what he deserved.

One finger and part of his ear! Love it!! One for the good guys!! :Dhttp://forum.bullshit.com/images/icons/icon14.gif Yup, a little fool hearty but the dude had guts, you have to give him that. Would it have been me, I would of hacked the prick to pieces (would definitely went after his family jewels) and simply told the cops that I had no alternative but to lay him out sans his jugular vain. GS is into swords, would have been a nice chance to try one out. :D

To be fair, there's a difference between a knife and a machete, and all else equal, someone with a big blade has the advantage in close quarters like that, but that still takes a lot of skill and training. One thing is for sure, if I ever open up a mom-and-pop store, I'll definitely look into a Claymore. :D
