I've heard from many sources that Ironman is the BOMB!
Robert Downey Jr. is apparently super in the role.

The story is fast-paced and exciting.

I typically don't do comic book movies, but this one may be worth viewing.

Anyone seen it?

i'm damned sure planning on it...i like the fact that they're taking all my old comics and making em into movies, but i've been dissapointed in quite a few...the x-men were pretty fair, and spiderman 1 was good....didn't particularly care for the batman or superman movies, tho, and after the first tales of the crypt, i got burnt out on those

3 Words -- TOO MUCH HYPE.

The last half was pretty cool, but the first part was boring as hell.

It's a pretty awesome movie, especially in the second half.

Of course when he fired those missiles in the first half that was pretty cool, too.

He was a smart ass. For example:

Woman whose name I forgot: Your plane is leaving in 30 minutes.

Robert Downey Jr.: That's odd, it's my plane so I thought it would just sort of wait for me... Doesn't it sort of defeat the purpose of having your own plane if it's going to leave without you.

I disagree, the only time SpiderMan was cool in any of those movies was when he had the black suit, any other time all he did was whine about how he was cursed with superpowers, as if that makes any sense. They should have called it SpiderPussy.

Spider-Man was awesome IMO. I don't think they could have made a movie any more consistent with the comics/cartoons. There used to be a Saturday morning cartoon on Fox years ago that I think they used as the primary foundation for the movies.
