But silicone implants have been helpful for some people too. Women who are flat can get implants so that at least people will know she's a woman. Women who had breast cancer can get an implant to prevent lop-sidedness, which would not only be uncomfortable but would basically broadcast to the world, "I had breast cancer". But like everything else, they can be used for good and for evil. Even condoms are not intrinsically evil; they can be used as water balloons or bottle caps. That doesn't necessarily mean anything. Fatter girls will tend to have bigger breasts, but that doesn't mean it's entirely dependent on body fat. I know girls that are pretty skinny but still manage to have pretty good sized, perky, and real breasts.

Those breasts are so large they would be considered a medical condition on a girl that size. elephantitus mastia or something like that. I know there is a name for it. While it is not unusual for a slim girl to be stacked I've got to say those are unatural.

I doubt if they are "unnatural" per se', they are more than likely a product of some Photoshop work or some other photo program. Hence the reason I put the photo in the humor section of the forum.
