Most Anticipated Movie of the Summer

I just saw a commercial that said the new Samuel L. Jackson movie, "Snakes on a Plane," is supposedly the "most anticipated movie of the summer." Talk about bullshit! I never even heard of the thing until about a week ago, and it seems to be the absolute hockiest plot line for a thriller/scary movie that I have ever heard! I'd have to say that the most anticipated movie of the summer was probably the new Superman. X-Men 3 would have been it, but I think it hit the theatres a few weeks before Summer officially started. Pirates II might have been in the mix as well.

So which movie truly has been the "MOST ANTICIPATED" of the summer?

I'd say V for Vendetta if it hadn't come out long before summer. The movie I'm looking forward to the most now is Casino Royale.

I also just thought of MI:3. It may not have been the most anticipated of the summer, but so far for what I've seen it's been the most exciting.
