great find, zap....900 bucks per car at the time was actually pretty pricey, considering out here in the west, a good cowhand could expect to make $40 a month and found ;)

My grandfather owned one. He told me before he died...
"Great car at the time, except for starting it. Damn thing broke more arms than strike-breakers!"

Those could give many so called off road vehicles of today more than a run for the money.

It's amazing what they showed those things holding up to. I wouldn't mind owning one myself.

Plenty available, General.

I was at a county fair with my girlfriend and some guy had three of them for sale. All in incredible condition. He gave me a ride in one. Would not let me drive. He kept telling me that it was a "Planetary" transmission and how incredible that was to conceive of and manufacture back in the day.

At least I can say I rode in one for about 1/2 a mile! :D

I can't remember what he was selling them for.

Ha! For sure! Although I was comparing the ants to the working conditions at Ford's plant in the Model T era. Kind of similar.
