Some of you may remember this old browser.

You might think that my entire life is all high tech, but not always. Sometimes I use this browser: Lynx.

Lynx was originally a DOS browser but it has been ported and I now use it in the terminal of Mac OS X.

I usually only use it when I want it to not load a lot of images and want a simple browser.

Look! A screenshot.

Holy shit. Am I that bad?

Anyway, how was I supposed to know it was originally a UNIX browser when I wasn't around in the time when DOS was called CP/M?

WTF does that have to do with anything?!?
If you really knew anything about linux you would know it is basically an open source unix OS that can be run on an x86 platform.

Your statement has just dismissed every ounce of knowlege you think you have regarding computers. Go back and play with your silly MAC.

MAC: noun
a fischer price playstation for unimaginative adults.

Linux was an expansion of MINIX by Linus Torvolds to provide tools he wanted.

Linux also replaced the GNU Hurd kernel which Richard Stallman was working on.

The only reason Linux replaced Hurd is because it developed much faster.

In fact, Linux was never supposed to be such a widely used operating system.

Linux is not UNIX. Linux is Linux. Linux is also UNIX-like.

Also if you knew anything about Macs you would know that the kernel of Mac OS X, Darwin is a FreeBSD-derived kernel and therefore in every way Linux's equivalent.

In fact, many tools you find on Linux are included with Mac OS X.

Just because I have Mac OS X does not mean I can't also have Linux.

First off, what the hell did what I say have to do with Linux?

Second off, let me rephrase my statement.

As if I bothered to do research into a fairly obsolete browser I have very little intention of using.

Also, it's Fisher Price and Mac is a PC get off my ass.
