Really? That's good. Liking Rise Against is good. Not liking Rise Against would be bad. For your Health. :D

I really liked the song "Prayer of the Refugee" (I think that's what it's called)... everything else I've heard from them sounds just like the umpteen hundred other stand-up-and-fight-the-power-with-punk-rock kind of bands out there.

Their newer stuff really doesn't sound too much like their older stuff.

I love their music. I listen to it non stop. :D
Even in school. During tests and when they send me to ISS for 'causing a disruption with offensive music'. That's a surprise when the teacher listens to music with fuck and bitch and ho and other ghetto slang. Most of the teachers listen to rap. Which I despise with every fiber of my being.
So when they turn on music it's either rap or fucking hip hop. You can only listen to Rhianna a certain amount of times in a row before snapping.

I just listened to Prayer of the Refugee, and I like it, too.

How can you like an anti-political band when you are in ROTC? Really? It's like how I listen to SOAD and I were to just suddenly join into politics

I'm in ROTC because it keeps me fit. We do PT every week at least once. And I prefer being in a class that promotes leadership than to one where a hack saw can fly through the air and chop my arm off. It's happened in carpentry. Many years ago.
