Well, here's a VERY RADICAL idea from our own military.
It's called the Davey Crocket

Keep in mind this was the height of the cold war, so anything goes. Better DEAD than RED was the motto - and it's coming BACK today with MaoBama.

Anyway...

The poor bastards that were supposed to use this shot it like a Bazooka, and ducked and covered while 2,000 yards away, you had a nuclear flash.
Made to destroy Soviet tanks as they rolled across Europe.

Side effect? The soldiers that deployed it? DEAD from radiation sickness.

There's a recently declassified video somewhere of the poor foot soldier walking toward the mushroom cloud 1/4 mile away that was just detonated by the Davey Crocket.

We'd be fucked if Al Qaeda or some other organization got a bunch of these. Good thing though. We could legally nuke their HOLY CITY!!! :D
