Well, I asked her out, and guess what...she said she would, EXCEPT she doesn't go out with her friends's brother...otherwise, it's all cool except for that one little damn thing...WHY MUST EVERYTHING BE SO DAMN IRONIC?!!!! Oh well, I might still try to make her go out with me, and what I mean is I shall make her like me even more which would make her go out with me no matter what...

You can't just "make someone like you" without it being painfully obvious that you're trying to win her affection. She's just being a silly little girl, don't pay any attention to it. And most of all, don't let it bother you, because she's just acting like a silly little girl.

Just come up with something to do, and when you see her tell her "hey, I'm going to do X, why don't you come along with me?". Don't recite it or anything, just say it nonchalantly like it was almost an afterthought. I don't know exactly what went down when you asked her out, but unless things are weird now between you two she will almost certainly say yes. At that point, don't stand there and ask her when she's free. It was your idea, so come up with a time and don't worry about it unless she says she's busy.

She obviously likes you, she just wants to present a challenge to you to make sure you're not just some other douchebag. Take her out to do something fun and she won't give two shits that your sister is her friend.

I know the general protocol in high school is to ask a girl "do you want to go out with me?" and then all of a sudden you're in a relationship, but that's why high school relationships don't work.

and i feel ya man, thought i had a nice girl comin my way these past few weeks, we've been talking all the time, made out a few times, but shes started getting distant then i find out shes trying to figure out if my best friend likes her through me basically this entire time.

Life is balls only if you choose to let it be. Sure, my life cannot be mistaken for anything great, in fact most people would never want to have to deal with half the shit I've had to deal with. They just act like that since they have had easier lives than me, they are better people. I know that if they went through a quarter of the shit i have they would be tearing their hair out. What I'm trying to say i guess is that you should just know your a better person after going through the stuff you have. Also learn from your mistakes, you shouldn't try and go out with any of your sisters friends, I've never met someone who dated one of their siblings friends and had a good relationship. You don't want to have to deal with the bitch after you break up with her, but if shes a friend of your sisters you will have to deal with her.
