In a real shocker this morning, Dear Leader Chairman MaoBama, the TSAR of SPENDING, hired a gaggle of DRUNKEN SAILORS to help him SPEND MONEY!

In a sober assessment, The TSAR of SPENDING, Dear Leader Chairman MaoBama said he will ask for help to balance the budget while increasing government spending at a METEORIC rate.

"My campaign was based on the notion that 'Yes We Can' and it's still true," said The TSAR.. "As long as we have our liquored-up Naval officers and enlisted men and women dedicate themselves to the cause of spending our money."

Dear Leader, The TSAR of SPENDING, plans to have drunken sailors set budgetary priorities, citing their fiscal restraint compared to Congress.

It sounds as if our officials have finally admitted to themselves that our economy is insolvent.
