I dunno man, looks pretty real I guess. I dunno what the insides of a neck/upper chest look like when the heads been blown off but I'm guessing the rest of his body is changing color due to the fact that hes dead and theres no more blood flow.

Somehow I doubt that's real. First off, that's not supposed to be the inside of his neck with his head blown off, that's actually his brain, or supposedly his brain. As you can see the scalp is supposedly being held back by tweezers. It looks like a makeup job to me, though. Especially the blood does not look real. It just really doesn't look like anything I've seen in surgeries and whatnot lol

I would have to say that it is made up. The individual has tensed muscles and good skin color. These are traits that dead people dont have. Halloween costume?
