Ok. So, I was with this girl the other night, and I had anal sex with her. It hurt her so we stopped, and she then gave me a blow job. He asked me about this the next day, and we had a conversation about if butt to mouth was acceptable. I think it's not a big deal at all. Anus to mouth infections include but are not limited to human diseases such as: cholera (Vibrio cholerae), typhoid fever (Salmonella typhi), shigellosis (Shigella), salmonellosis (Salmonella), and gastroenteritis (Campylobacter jejuni, Escherichia coli, Giardia lamblia). Remember; those were just the bacteria. There are many parasites as well.

If you are to do it again it would be best if you use dental dam -or- at the very least: wash very well around and in the anus. Colonics can also reduce the chance of infection if used hours before sex. Instead of waiting until she goes home to brush her teeth she may want to gargle with Listerine immediately after analingus.
