Could a new category be created called Domestic Issues to discuss problems going on in everyone's respective country? We could discuss patriotism, protests, and other such stuff.

Why ? Combining all those categories would clog everything up.

What, yet ANOTHER category. Theres already news, politics, the economy etc, if there was a domestic issues category then all those would be it's sub categories.

There are already far too many categories, they don't have to be so specific. Which leads to some gettig used very rarely/sparsely.
