I just saw a local news report....IT PURPORTED that 75 PERCENT of recent bankruptcies are due to high medical costs.
I would like some concrete proof of this, not just a RANDOM survey. Whom actually DID the survey. WHERE. What sample? IS this a CONTROLLED SAMPLE?

If so, and the numbers WERE real, then a National Health Care Plan that is ABSOLUTELY VOLUNTARY has my support.

A MANDATORY Socialized Plan will be fought until I have no breath left in my lean, muscular body that I happen to take very good care of. I've got enough regulation in my life. This is America not some Banana Socialist Republic.

Shit, here's one that says 60 percent
http://www.americablog.com/2009/06/sixty-percent-of-us-bankruptcies-due-to.html

I've seen one online that purported 33 percent.

Fact is, you can spin a number any way you want. I'll survey ten people. Perhaps none filed bankruptcy for Medical reasons. My survey's conclusion?
0 percent.
I'll post it to the net. So, according to some loons here, that makes it so. It's ON the NET, right? Thus, according to them, It MUST be true! :p

It don't see the unlikelyness of that number, Medicare and Medicaid has driven up insurance prices beyond reach for many.
