For The Last 2 Months My Internet Keeps Getting Cut Off. The 2 Green Lights On My Dsl Modem Keeps Blinking And My Internet Keeps Cutting Off Every 1,2,3, Minutes.
My Fucking Internet Provider Is Q West. TheIR Survice Really Sux.
I Requested Help And Everytime These Fucking Indian Accent Speaking People Answer, Not To Mention That I Always Have To Wait At Least Fucking 10 Minutes Just To Get A Hold Of Customer Service People.
I Ve Been Promised That This Problem Will Be Taken Care Of Which Was All Fucking Lies. I Had Been Schejule For A Technition To Show Up At My House Which He Never Did, And Today After Calling Waiting Holding For About 20min, I Explain The Situation To These Fucking People And They Wont Give Me A Refund On My Dsl. Every Month I Paid Over 100 Bucks And Since I Only Called For 2 Days Last Month, They Say They Only Can Give Refund For 2 Fucking Days.

I Want To Disconnect With Q West, Tell Them Fuck You, Hell With You, Go To Hell But They Are The Only Fucking Provider In Colorado Springs. My Internet Gets Still Cut Off Like Evry 30 Sec.
Q West Sux!!!!! Dont Get Q West. There Service And Customer Service Sux. I Hope They All Go To Hell, Especially Those Fucking Indian Accent speaking bitches Which I Cant Understand What The Fuck They Are Saying. Fuck You Q West, I Hope You Burn In Hell.

I recomend ATT or SBC or YAHOO, but thats just me, from what i see, your ISP aint the problem, but your PC, or modem are.

I also hate the indian accent people, but they are cheap labour. If you want to get diff. service, just cut them off, and jeez, a hundred bucks?

I pay $30 for 6mbps

i would cut them, and really look for a diff. company. if not, just get 56k, cuz i would never pay more than $45 for DSL unless its 100mbps or something.

I bet their are more, if their is cable companies (like charter or DISH in certain cities) get a BroadBand with them.

gotta love when you get people that can hardly speak english and they do customer service I get so angry and hang up until one day i started thinking about it ( aol is bad about this by the way) maybe they get people that hardly speak english for customer service so that the customer gets so frustrated and hangs up and doesnt bug the company anymore.

It does not take long until they are forced to transfer me to a "supervisor" who speaks freaking english and not living in India trying to act like they are in Iowa! :mad:
