With the new "clunker" program, If you have an eligible car (must have owned if for x time,must get 18 mpg or less,must have been insured for the last year) you can trade it in to Toyota for their smallest shitbox and fork up $800.You get the little fucker for an $80 a month lease.My 1999 LeSabre is rated at 21mpg so it won't qualify.
