If you suddenly had a week with no acces to computers, the internet, tv, radio, any form of electronic entertainmet how do you think you'd pass the time? Dabble in lots of things, dedicate yourself to something artistic, finally fix that wobbly table leg, or read up on something you always wondered about?

Move to an area within ~30 yards of a waterfall out in the middle of nowhere, preferably on an uncharted or otherwise uninhabited island and return to nature.

Build a ballista in my backyard using medieval texts. I'm not joking. Neighbors can get a little annoying sometimes. A giant spear launching machine is enough to shut them up.

What about a ballista? I could use some extra help. My neighbor needs a giant spear sticking out of his car to learn to stop blasting rap with the windows closed driving down the street at 3AM. Bad enough he's going deaf from it, but do we have to fucking wake up with the whole street shaking?!?

Well I'd pretty much be doing the same thing I'm doing now, sitting up in my room burning incense while creating music, writing lyrics, drawing, pretty much anything artistic you can think of...I'd also try go up into the mountains and hike around a bit, and while there do the things I mentioned previously

Lord, you don't have a car? You can go to a second hand store and get a tent or make one out of a plastic sheet, big nails and string. Get ye some crackers and chocolate and marshmellows. Pick up a lighter. Go get on a bus and find some woods ta sleep in. Make ye a campfire use a couple of the twigs to cook yer marsh mellows. Eat and then sleep.

ALA KABAM & POOF!

You just went camping on a dime (AKA redneck campin).:D

Work 8 hours a day, take night classes, and do some work on the house when I could piece it in.

Basically, same thing I'm doing now. :D

Making life easier/more convenient doesn't have to be a bad thing. You just have to motivate yourself.
