Three Dragons Battle a Mouse Over Value of Money
Very interesting case indeed...
"The money, greed and fraud angle falls on the heads of the three dragons. The money Kahre used to pay his subcontractors is stamped by the money creators as legal tender, with dollar denominations stating their value. The fact that their face value represents amounts far less than their actual value is evidence of the fraud the government has perpetuated on its people."

Nice little bit of information. Sounds like something right out of Zeitgeist.

This is not the first time it happens. E-gold and Liberty Dollar both faced trials when they attempted to use gold and silver as tender.
That is what legal tender laws mean by definition. Not much to do until the FED decides to give in.

The Federal Reserve doesn't need to give in, it needs to be abolished completely. Its monopoly on money has sealed the fate of the US to have more debt than money at any given time, and an exponentially growing debt with every bit of money it gets from the Federal Reserve. The idea of "legal tender" that we have in this nation is ridiculous. Regardless of what the world market might think, our paper money is 100% WORTHLESS. The Federal Reserve MADE SURE OF THAT when they abolished the gold and silver standard. I would know at least about the silver standard; my family still has a few silver certificates. At that point, the value of the dollar was based on gold and silver. Whether or not these are precious metals or simple rocks is to one's own opinion, but at least the value was based on SOMETHING. Heck, in the early days of the ROT, paper money was based on land.

You have papers from the silver days? They must be 150 years old! Could you post a picture of those here?
Well, it is going to give in. The idea that a central bank efficiently can regulate the money supply will probably be dead after this crisis.
