This is one of the best I've seen yet. They still point out how Larry Silverstein said he "pulled it" (which I honestly don't think he was referring to demolishing WTC 7 because pulling is the wrong term and why would he admit to it) but for the most part everything else is very good. They also make a few points I hadn't thought of before.
