This has been reported as a "lost 911 video" clearly showing a 757 hitting the Pentagon, not a cruise missile or small jet laden with explosives as is being claimed...

Hmmm, interesting.

That's photoshopped. Those same five frames were actually released right after 9/11, with no plane in them. If you look closely at frame 1, the plane also has its landing gear down. Also if you just look at frame 2, you can tell it's an obvious fake.
Here's the original video:

You can actually see something in the first frame of this that's not in the other four frames, presumably whatever hit the Pentagon, but it doesn't look like a Boeing 757.

Or, the 757 was removed (not added) for some reason? A cover up, maybe? http://forum.bullshit.com/images/icons/icon5.gif

Well the one I posted was definitely the original. You can see the projectile if you take apart the GIF and look at the frames separately. You can only really see it in the first frame though. The one with the plane definitely looks fake, especially the second frame. Also I think the plane looks way too big when compared to the Pentagon. The tail height of the aircraft is only 44' 6", and the height of the Pentagon is 77' 3.5".

In both videos, there appears to be a section of the tale of the jet breaking up and forced upward as the 757 hits the pentagon. I.e., Who ever removed the jet failed to remove the tail section from the fire ball. An oversight, perhaps by the person who removed the 757 attempting to feign a conspiracy? I think very possible?
Comments?

Except the tail section in that image is much smaller than that of the jet in your pic. It looks to be more the size of the projectile you can see in the one I posted:

By the way, the filename of the image in the first post says "doctored". Was it named such when you downloaded it?

General, I think the "tail section" looks smaller in one video because, look close and you can see, that entire video has been a little compressed vertically.
No, didn't download as "doctored."

Not sure if it is landing gear, General, but it sure could be. Or, it could be an engine or maybe a shadow. But, when you back off and watch the video over and over, it does look a hell of a lot like landing gear. Dropping the gear just before hitting the building makes no sense at all...

It wouldn't make sense to drop the gear before impact, but if he'd had the gear down to begin with they'd have been ripped off by the wind. My thought though was that if it's landing gear it was probably a cropped image of a 737 on the ground. I'm trying to find some kind of source on the original right now, to see which one it is.

Just thought...
General, take a close look at both videos, that "tail section" appears to be a large structure that is well outside the Pentagon building and separate from the black smoke. It has a sort of "life of it's own." It does not appear to be smoke, but more of a solid structure. Not sure, but I think it could very well be a blown off (and blown upwards) part of the 757 larger tail section... http://forum.bullshit.com/images/icons/icon5.gif

It's fake. Check this out:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Airlines_Flight_77
If you scroll down you can see the original along the right-hand side. Also note the differences between these two pictures:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Pentagon_video_security1.jpg
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Pentagon_video_security0.jpg
"Secutiry0" was the frame immediately preceeding "security1"; the first frame in which the projectile was first visible on screen. If you tab both of these in Firefox and switch between the two you can see the projectile in the second one.

Hmmmmmm, very interesting, indeed. http://forum.bullshit.com/images/icons/icon14.gif Good find, general.

You mean on the right hand side? Yup, I think I see it. Looks a little like...
