Let me explain this standpoint as John Armstrong explained it to me.

We "murder" or rather kill things all the time. Vast forests, cows, pigs, etc. without any consideration are living beings. They are, however, not sentient. They aren't intelligent. They can't think. Therefore, we place ourselves above them. The human brain is the source of human sentience. It is the control point. It is the processor. It thinks and feels. It stores data. The brain begins to develop in the 1st trimester. Therefore, once the brain is fully developed, it should be considered murderous.

But goddamn! 30 weeks in? there's no need for that. She's had plenty of time to get one before, this is ridiculous.

I agree, Fucking ridiculous... I think the woman should have the right to choose, This right here is out right murder. There has to be some ristrictions put on their right to choose, If you're going to have an abortion, You can't wait until the baby is kicking, Crying and waiting on food and fully developed...Horse shit!:mad:

Because she taking drugs and surgery of course if the abortion process failed and the child was born I expect that he has disease or physical and internal problem I encounter this already, so this is very common for those women getting failed to have an abortion.
