For those of you who watch what you eat...

Here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical studies.

1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.

2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.

3. The Japanese drink very little red wine andsuffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans

4. The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wineand suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.

5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.

CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you

LOL! That's great, but can you compare what happens when some group does ALL those things more than we do and see how many heart attacks it causes?

Good point. More debt = More stress.

I'm pretty sure that no country has any larger debt than America.

I guess we just need to calm down a bit and find ways to relax. Goosfrabba!

Well basically it's alcohol and fat. And the last one says Germans eat a lot of fatty foods and sausages and drink a lot of beer. :D

Of course....somehow I got it into my head that these were 3 separate causes and didn't realize that the third was a combination of the first two :rolleyes:

Would that not be relative to their own GDP. There are countries in Africa that owe billions and do not stand in comparison to the GDP of the USA.

Well, considering we are 7.5 trillion dollars in debt, I'm not sure average GDP is going to change much. :p
