How the state saves education money on people!

In Girona they do the shittiest thing possible. They don't wanna spend money on developing education for technicial or IT positions, so they create all these short courses to save money! It reflects in the itsy bitsy Font 5 text the obviously photocopied text papers are printed in, the 110 hour courses that we need to advance from cause we don't learn more than the basics. Goddamn bastards. All those unemployed people I'm with and I deserve better than to be short changed by the fucks that don't wanna devote more time and resources to the people who really need it in the recession. :mad:
