is the world full of self rightious idiots or am i just living in an area where there is a high concentration of them?! my neighbor (asshole) decides its cool to pick on an 11 year old kid (my son) for riding his skateboard on the sidewalk. the pussy won't say anything to me but the kids and wife are fair game! well, he finally loses his head and decides to chew my ass. he had no idea at the time what can of worms he was opening. after a 10 minute spewing of four letter words and what looked like a scene out of springer, things are okay...or so i thought. yesterday i caught his wife wandering around in my back yard and looking in the garage windows!!

I'm not sure of the laws where you live , but here in central Florida , you just put a "No Trespassing" sign on your side gate or mailbox. Anyone who walks past that sign will get cited by the cops.And there's no talking the cops out of it either,They are extremely strict on that issue.
Now , if you want to get your asshole neighbor back the cheap and easy way , if he has real nice flower beds , that bagged bird seed that you can buy for cheap works real nice and grows really horrible weeds REAL fast.

the dickhole got all the snow in my driveway blown into his yard today. its only december so i can only imagine what its going to look like by march. kinda weak but its a start!

Bust her ass and file a trespassing complaint. The only thing you have to do in some states is be sure that a No Trespassing sign is clearly posted. In other states the "expectation of privacy" is default legal presumption, you don't have to post No Trespassing signs and anyone who comes on your property without your permission to spy or snoop is trespassing.

i come home from work today and get this, the crazy bastard is outside washing his car off. todays high was like 9 degrees! after watching this and not believing what i'm seeing, dumbass tries to open the doors which are now froze shut, he damn near fell on his ass twice because the driveway is froze too. he then notices i'm watching him and laughing to the point of being commited, he was really pissed then. so i say before going into the house loud enough for him to hear "like watching a monkey fuck a football"! i guess if your gonna be dumb ya gotta be tough!

Sounds to me like you need to answer back to your neighbour in kind. How about you pay her property a stealthy visit and confront the bitch after taking a good look around yourself.
