Ok i originally asked about why it seemed like men where more obsessed about abortion then women.
this is a comment on that post but opening another can of worms at the same time

I just want freedom of choice for women. They've been oppressed for millennial and now its time we gave them the rights they deserve.
Ok ill explain about people and using the i was oppressed for hundreds of years as a crutch.
I think that many people use the term my people were oppressed for hundreds of years for the wrong reasons.
SO here i go opening a big ass can of worms.
Every race in the world was oppressed at one time or another.
Religious : 700bc Christens were enslaved by the Jews
Religious : 1900's Jews by the christens
Race : 1800's the blacks were slaves to the whites
Race: 1500's African tribes to other African tribes ( by the way they sold their own people as slaves to other tribes)
Race: 1700's American Indians were killed and land stolen from them by the whites
Race; BC on to the 1900's women to men
I hate when people use the term oppressed because guess what we all were no matter what race religion or creed we are at one time or another we all were oppressed how many poor white people were slaves to rich white people for the price of a ticket across the Atlantic.
How many times have we heard about the problems between Jews and christens and protestants and catholic jeez
I am a woman and just because my great great great great grandmother couldn't vote way back when is not a reason to hold it against a man in today's society.
I don't believe if you are a certain color you should get a job before another color
and i don't believe that you should be killed because you believe in one god or another.
Cause guess what its friggin stupid.
It makes me mad when some one tells me well you as woman was oppressed for years. That's so not true in today's society i can join and fight in war if i want to, I can make the same wages i want to and can hold a job any man has, and further more i can vote, and if i look at it you know why? because the same male species that said no the first time said yes and now i do.
Second black people shouldn't use the my people where oppressed because what about all the whites that died so they can be free.
The past should lie in the past.
I say to hell with oppression no one is oppressed anymore period end of story
