Let me start from the beginning. This all started back in November or October, one of those months. Autumn regardless. We had stopped being able to make payments on our house, and Bank of America Corp. threatened to foreclose. Around that time, a friend of the family sent us the means to pay: a treasury bond in the ammount of $64,000 USD. Bank of America declined our payment and continued with foreclosing on the house. In December, we were ordered to appear in court. In court, my father expalined to the judge that under the UCC laws, if a legal payment is rejected, as ours was, then the price of the instrument of payment can be considered discharged from the debt. THe judge apparently didn't give half a shit, and so the bank was given the house.

We recieved a notice from the constable today that if we weren't out by the 25th of this month, they'd throw us out.

We currently have a lien filed against Bank of America Home Loans, as well as the Henderson County Precinct 2 court, the judge presiding over the trial, and Barret, Daffin, Frappier, Turner, and Engel LLP., the bank's lawyers.

We will call the American Civil Liberties Union of Texas tommorrow, and ask for appeal to the Texas Supreme Court.

We have filed a request with the GSA to investigate.

I may or may not disappear for a while, however, if I do, know that it's because since May 3rd, we have had no income but what our family and various local charities have provided us with to pay our bills.

Hang in there Phoenix...things have a way of working themselves out.You guys may lose the house but you still have the $64000 right? The house I live in here in Florida (3beds 2baths) sold for $45000. Houses are cheap right now.You guys will make it , don't worry.

We don't have the $64,000, that's a treasury bond. We can't draft it directly into our bank account, though I wonder what we COULD do with it.

If it's matured it's worth full value . and it's as good as cash.

I've dealt with BofA in the past, they're assholes. I shut down two of my accounts there. They suck!

Maybe IŽm wrong, but I guess youŽre not familiar with the mechanics of covering someoneŽs mouth before punching them in the stomach, so they donŽt make a sound after theyŽre hit.

Well, as of today my Internet home connection has been cut. IŽm posting my last message from the Institue of Balmes, as I finish the course IŽve mentioned. Until my social security help comes, IŽll be posting regularly from the local library in Salt once a week. If I have any spare cash, IŽll go to the local Internet cafe too, whenever I can.

I wonŽt be posting regularly anymore, but have no fear. IŽll be as constant each and every visit as IŽve ever been. One day I will tell you all of how I found a job and be able to blend in better, have more life experiences to share.

Until then, I will strive for it. :)
