Allow religion taught in school(As in the ideaologies, not the histories)? No, not at all. Dissallow religious practice and speech that does not interupt school, and is not endorsed by the school? No, definately not. First Amendment and all that jazz. As long as it adheres to school policy on disturbing school functions, it is not doing any harm.

How is atheism in? They dont teach god doesnt exist. Schools are secular places, not atheist places. They dont deny the existence of god, or cast religion as anything but a choice of personal faith, which it is.

Even at that, as long as it does not disrupt school preceedings(And faculty is not involved DURING schools hours/events) I see no real problem with it. Really, if it doesn't involve students standing on tables during lunch and preaching, and other such things, I see no need to worry about it.

I take that as a no.
If we allow religion into our schools, not only does it exclude people who are not of the dominant religion, but it creates segregation, which is illegal. It also acts as poorly concealed prosyletism by the dominant religion. At least leaving schools secular creates the neutral ground.

No, actually I have been to a Catholic school, and your statement about people being excluded because of faith is wholly and entirely false. In fact my teacher was an ex-nun turned bull-dyke lesbian, and the principal was her girlfriend (likewise an ex-nun).
Besides the fact that I even know a Catholic in Catholic school who is actually picked on by her Protestant (and Pagan for that matter) peers for being Catholic, as well as at least two atheists, a goth (not sure what her religion is), two Pagans, a Lutheran, and several other non-Catholics that I can't think of off the top of my head who all went to Catholic school, and most of whom I'm friends with.
By the way, you would do well to visit www.firefox.com and download Firefox 2.0. It comes with a spell checker which you might find useful. :D

I was forced to go to a catholic school....what a crock of shit school that was. Because I wouldn't pray w/ the class I was thrown outta the class or given extra assignments to "correct my defficency" as they saw it. Shit like this has no place in a public school. If the tarts wanna pray before they eat their lunch, let them I suppose. Like any public service provided by the state, religion has no place....which I love NJ (or the town I lived in) because they will not provide any funding to religious schools for the transportation of children to and fro.

No it is true. The english language is highly phonetic, with a lot of grammatical exceptions. Unless its your native, then it can be one of the hardest to learn. Here's an example.
Compare the stresses in these words. Finite, infinite, infinity. It can be very confusing for non english speakers.

The vast majority of the Latin is via the old French.
In fact, most polysyllabic words are french in origin. The rest are anglo-saxon (more angle than saxon), which is essentially german.

Ya know, using loan words from hip-hop albums does't mean you are speaking ebonics, yo. Ebonics is it's own language, with it's own grammar rules that are strictly and intuitively followed by the speakers. It still sounds funny, though, I'm just sayin.
