No, that part of my brain was already missing, and it was caused by an enlarged madula which cauesd severe anger problems...

Anyway, the real thing was that i was born with variouse genetic abnormalities, so i was checked for cancer, the next thing ya know, im under the knife, and getting my chest cut open!!

He'll help people but they have to be willing to help themselves too. For example, a paralyzed person isn't going to walk again simply by asking God to heal him. He has to actually get up and try to walk too.

If god were all loving, which would include unconditional love by its very definition, then he would heal people regardless of their beliefs. Since he does not, then we can assume, in the unlikely event he exists, that he is not omnipotent, or is not omnibenevolent.
