This is for all your buggers who say "we should have abortion for women who are raped only" blah blah. The equal protection clause in the 14th amendment states;

"Nor shall any state....deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws"

You give it to some women, you have to give it to all women. There are also a bunch of other amendments that help abortion too.

See, that's why I don't think it's ever right. If it's wrong for a woman to kill her child, then it's wrong regardless of rape or whatever.

So you dont think a woman who has been violated should be allowed to terminate a child from it?

If I felt violated by your posts, can I kill you?

It doesn't make sense. Some guy rapes a girl, so the girl kills her child. It's bullshit.

In the case of rape, then abortion is a necessary evil. It is necessary in order for a woman to keep her god given right of free will.

See the thing is, when another life is present things are different. She can have free will over her own body, but not the body of another.

God imbues the body with a soul at birth, not at conception. It is a far better thing to protect those that we have then to restrict them for the sake of the unborn.

Yes but God knows us even before we are born.

God imbues the body with a soul at birth, not at conception.

That's an entirely unbacked statement.

Free will isn't something that can be taken away. Things can be made illegal, but that doesn't take away free will. Besides, free will can be used to kill anyone, not just a pregnant woman's fetus.

This is the problem with the abortion argument. The whole argument boils down to choice, personal free will, and all that other bullshit - not why the act itself isn't wrong.

NOR SHALL ANY STATE DENY TO ANY PERSON WITH IH IT'S JURISDICTION THE EQUAL PROTECTION OF LAWS...........

Exactly HOW is allowing a woman to have an abortion protecting her if she just doesn't want that child? I'm not talking medical I might die or rape (Although I do not believe in abortion then either) I'm talking those girls that go out , fuck anything that moves , gets pregnant and then say OH it's ok , I'll just abort it. If you think that doesn't happen more often then not your absolutely WRONG. Life starts at conception. A person is a person at conception.

The only ladmendments that support abortion are inside your head and your world. Otherwise there wouldn't be such a debate then would there?

If people had the same opinion about what makes a human to a human, we wouldn't have this debate.

That's true too my friend. That's true too. Then again if people could look past their selfishness abortion wouldn't be needed then either.

So you disagree that it can't be proven that "God imbues the body with a soul at birth, not at conception."?

XD

I was just remarking upon the paradox of saying "if we could all agree, we wouldn't have this debate". The problem is that disagreement is the source of debate. The paradox is that each side believes the other side should be the one to agree with them. :p

mhm. But, I think a lot of pro-choice would be happy just have abortion legalized and not care if the pro-lifers agrees or not.
