ok, seriously... why does everyone need yto believ in religion, does it bring any benefits?

seriously, ok. think about it, god is all powerfull, why does he give a shit whether we worship him or not?
we are like ants!! and he is the maginifyng glass

maybe he is there, maybe not, lets just all be friends, maybe im wrong, maybe your wrong, who cares, pobody is nerfect...

we will find out soon enough, well i hoppe not soon, becouse the closest thing to an answer we will get now is death. (period!!)

so lets atleast face the possibility that no religion (or lack of) is 100% right...

It served a purpose once, preserving the knowledge of the ancients during the middle ages, but that has long since expired.

For starters, it keeps me from doing a lot of bad shit, like going around to arrogant piece of shit agitators and beating their skull in. Not because I'm afraid I'll go to Hell, but because despite how much people piss me off, I believe it would be wrong to pound their skull in. See, my religion tells me what's good and what's bad for society. I'm sure some of my views don't coincide with many other Catholics', but by the same token maybe I'm just ahead of them. I mean, the Church used to condemn movies and works of literature. They don't do that anymore, and I applaud them for that. They not only grew in wisdom but were able to lay aside their pride and admit it. Now it is no longer considered a "sin" to watch movies like A Clockwork Orange.

Ok then how come the majority of criminals are religious?

Ok then how come the majority of criminals are religious?

Because the majority of society to begin with is religious? Because some of their "religions" are not so much religions but crazy cults like George Mansion? Because not everyone branded a "criminal" really is one?
