Nah, he is just working to destroy the country so he can build one that Phoenix can approve of and hopefully live in. That would depend on whether the party comrades accepted his "language" pulled out of his azz however!!! LOL If it was in praise of the Messiah, it would be good to go!!!!

Fucking A you're missing something here ---- the first two words of the damned title should tell you that your comments are just stupid: EPA overturns....

Does that NOT tell you that the rules in place WERE one thing and now are something else? So, you assertion that the Texas Refinery somehow violated federal law is nothing more than a fucking misstatement of the facts.

Additionally, and more importantly, the EPA doesn't MAKE FUCKING LAW !! They makes rules based on the laws enacted by Congress. This came up five years ago in relation to the AGW Climate Debate. We all know that that's a load of pig shit disguised as Al Gore on sabbatical. This, if allowed to stand, will give the EPA a second bite at writing Federal Law under this Administration. This is a backdoor way to institute AGW special interest ideology without having to have the debate either in congress or with the people. Subversion !!!

DO NOT tell me that Obama is a Constitutional scholar - any of you !! If he actually was, he'd know this is wrong and wouldn't allow it. Unless of course, like any money grubbing lackie attorney, you like Obama to find loopholes to throw himself through in an effort to subvert the laws of this nation and it's constitution.
