Yeah, because the fact they havent jailed anyone since the 70s is a real deterrent. In any case, I dont like that law, and want it stricken from the legislation.

Anal sex is illegal in Florida...that was in the news last year...the cops didn't like these two guys cuz they were gay, they found that on the books anal sex is illegal and so they waited till the two gentlemen turned out the lights and the cops kicked down the doors, arresting the two for sodomy. All this really is is a Christian community trying to deter homosexuality, it has no bearing on morals.
From what I understand sodomy is TECHNICALLY punishable by death in Idaho. Before someone like General or Freak or AJK says that it's law and that's just the way it is, we should follow it, you should know that some of your fellow Christians made it legal to kill Mormons in Missouri. In missouri it was PERFECTLY LEGAL to kill someone if they were Mormon until 1978...NINETEEN SEVENTY EIGHT...the same year the Catholic church finally admitted that the Sun doesn't go around the Earth. I don't care how stupid the Mormon faith is, there should never be a law passed to allow the extermination of a social group. Except NAMBLA.

What are you Irish...stop wasting "me" taxes..you'll never get me lucky charms. You do realize most of the stupid laws are put into a bill because some people don't want it to pass so they but those little amendments in....but sometimes they pass anyways. :D
