For the record, I was absolutely PISSED last year about our embarrasing defeat. I can't believe Wade Phillips and his superstar Tony Homo are returning for another year. I'll be watching, but I'm very pessimistic.

Wow Dudes. I know this is the first game I have watched all year. The lowly 7-9, excuse me, the 8-9 Seattle Seahawks just handed it to the Super Bowl Champs from last year, the New Orleans Saints. The first team to make the playoffs with a negative record. I would have never believed they would beat them, and I thought, great, I am going to watch a playoff game that is going to stink. Stink, if any of the games this season the rest of the way are as fun to watch as this one, all fans will be lucky. Most games are good for a half, or thee quarters, or are good at the very end. This game was fantastic to watch all the way through.

I bet it is the best one the rest of the way. I hope NOT, but time will tell.

The real reason I am posting here though is "The Run" as I will forever know it. I have never seen a more impressive run in my life. Some equal maybe and time always allows you to forget one, but none have ever been better and I used to be a rabid fan. I still like to watch, but generally anymore only the playoffs.

Lynch, Marshawn Lynch, yes I had to look up his first name to get it right, ran for 67 yards on that run and broke, if I counted right, 9 possible tackles. It blew me away. They said 6 tackle attempts on TV and it could have been 7 or 8, but it wasn't 6. Dude I am telling you I have never witnessed anymore heart than he showed on that run by any back ever.

Still a losing team, the Seahawks go to round two! The Saints season is over and will still end up with a far better record this year, but they are going home.

My apologies to any Saints fans out there and I have NOT read a post of this thread. I am NOT anti-Saints, I just loved watching the game and that, no, "The Run" will forever be one of the greatest EVER!

Well i lived out in klamath falls oregon for many years, Then in 1987 i became a hawks fan
Been through it all from the heart breaking coin toss of "We want the ball we're gonna score"
To the super bowl in which they had to play the refs as well as bitch burg, My dream was to always see my cowboys and hawks play in the SB together
When they moved to the NFC it crushed that hope..i really believe the hawks have a decent team to build on.. i have no illusions of them winning it all this year but how cool would it be?

I was thinking about you in the fourth quarter... the score was exactly as you predicted..and almost ended in the score you called.

Bitchburg lost this game the packers did'nt really win on offense with the exception of jordy nelson and Aaron rodgers.
