I was more surprised that you needed to list what you weren't hvaing as well.

Besides, isn't bread just as healthy as potatoes?

I never said that I was NOT different, lol, and yes a small portion of anything is healthy, but I tend to go overboard with the temptation of hot bread dripping with real butter. NOT a good thing!!!

You are right and I do this often. In my mind the end of my workweek is "Friday" to me but my workweek now ends on Saturday! SHIT!

I work a part time job teaching on Saturdays and don't get off till 3. This is only the second year I have done this as I used to teach at nights. However, due to my PhD program taking up ALL my nights I teach now on Saturdays.

So in my simple mind Saturday is the end of my workweek (AKA Friday) ,... go figure!

I ate one of those Smart Ones English muffin things (they're surprisingly good), some cottage cheese, and some V8 Fusion. I try to limit myself to 5 tubs of cottage cheese a week, but it's difficult.

I'm still digesting that sausage & canadian bacon pizza and the beer I had last night.

All I'm saying is, over the past few months, my activity level has greatly increased. Still not eating too hot, still drinking too much, but lost 30 pounds that won't come back. Weird. Maybe that's how calories work, or something.
