Why do these damn things make me so damn tired?
I don't mean like crashing after an initial energy rush.
Within 30 minutes of drinking a Rockstar I am ready for a nap.

I need to find the picture of me sleeping at Waterfront Park.
Flat on my back, clutching a 32 oz can snoring like a freight train.

Not what you would call a poster child for the product.

p.s.
I hope I have not posted this before.

Do you really think I got to my ripe old age by "taking care of myself" or eating right?
Christ the only place I get any vegetables is the pickles on a bacon cheeseburger.
I can't remember the last time I had a piece of fruit unless you count an apple fritter.

Over in Unfathomable you posted.......... ....Just kidding.

But sometimes on a Sunday morning, after the equivalent of 3-4 cups of coffee and reading the paper, I have been known to take a long nap. Same difference except maybe the ginseng and other related stuff they put in those drinks.

But I can drink a Coke at 6PM and it will keep me awake forever it seems. Way past my desired bedtime at least.

You don't eat Big Mac's and get lettuce? WHAT?????????

I'm different on those damn drinks, They make me feel jittery and nervous, Can't mess with em.
Coffee on the other hand is a must for me if i have no java look out, Don't even try speaking to me..you'd have better luck nailing jello to a wall than conversating with me without folgers in my cup.

....Dammit, Spilled my beer. Hang on!

I am the same Haw. I don't like those drinks, but in the morning if I don't have my coffee, someone is going to have a bad day. Usually me. I remember the last surgery I had, No nothing after midnight, it was 10:30AM before the surgery. When I woke up from the anesthesia I didn't care about my knee, my head was dead. Worst headache ever. It was awful prior to being knocked out. I remember the joy I felt when I went under, but damn it when I woke up.

Okay - now I'll know how to find you in the Second Level of Hell. You'll be the guy laying by the lake of fire, clutching a big can and Satin will think you're singing.

Gotcha !

LOL "Satin"! Ha ha ha ha ha..

Could it be ........Satan?

Or do you mean some fancy sheets will think Eye is singing??? LOL ;) lol  lol ;)

BTW is it LAYING or LYING?

LOL talk about grammar issues! Laying refers to an object being laid there by something else. Not someone lying down.

Normally I let this shit slide but because you love to make spelling & grammar a point,... I couldn't resist!!!!!

LOL

I was channeling the "church lady" but I don't think anyone else got it.

Here is one of my favorite episodes:

Yea I missed it.

When she sang in another episode, was it "wringing in the sheets", NOT Bringing in the Sheaves or something?

I have seen many, but I was a big fan of the original SNL and after that I only watched occassionally.
