Do you believe politicans who break the law and are found guilty and do jail time should be able to draw their monthly pensions? Jim black just found guilty in house of representatives for accepting $25,000 for personal gain. Gets to draw over $3,000 a month while sitting in jail. Okay he did give the state 25 yrs of good service.

i dunno about "good service"...but nobody is above the law, and politicians should be held to higher standards than they are now
