Despots from Morocco to Mesopotamia felt the heat of popular anger. 

The biggest Western misstep was to treat the quest for freedom as somehow separate from the contest for geopolitical mastery. In Egypt, the Obama administration was likely powerless to prevent the pro-Western Mr. Mubarak’s downfall, but the White House in the subsequent months did little to shape the outcome of the revolution. Washington favored all actors equally, as though Egypt were Luxembourg and the Muslim Brotherhood just another center-right party.

Trouble is brewing at US Central Command (Centcom), the Pentagon's agency covering security interests in nations throughout the Middle East and Central Asia.

According to a report from The Daily Beast, more than 50 intelligence analysts at Centcom have formally complained that reports on the Islamic State and the Nusra Front — Al Qaeda's Syria branch — have been repeatedly altered by senior intelligence officials to fit with the Obama administration's insistence that the US is winning the war against the two militant groups.

Former CIA deputy director Michael Morell explained on "CBS This Morning" how serious these allegations are.

It took this once a great and respected country decades to build up the credentials around the world, and it is taking Obama less than 7 years to dismantle her.  Our allies no longer trust us while our enemies piss on our boots and tell us it’s raining.

How much more damages will be done in his remaining time as the President of this country?  We should all be very worried.

For Obama to lecture Scott Walker about foreign policy  is like Jimmy Carter to lecture another president about how to rescue Americans held hostage, LOL  LOL

Here's my advice. I would offer Iran this deal: stop making a nuclear bomb or we continue to ratchet up sanctions until we bankrupt your country. If they continue to try to make nukes even after the harshest sanctions, bomb their nuke infrastructure. Even if you can't get at the bunkers directly, you can get all the entrances, power and water sources, etc.

If we don't do this, Iran will get nukes. It's not rocket science.
