WOW! Have any of you heard about the new law PA is trying to pass? If House Bill 760 is passed by the legislature, the bill would require owners to register their guns yearly, like car owners register their cars.Under the bill, gun owners would have to pay $10 for each gun they own unless it is an antique. Owners would have to pay the fee each year. They state that this bill will curb crime. How is that possible when criminals do not register their guns?

Passing bills cost millions of dollars, and it is easy to draw one up, and submit. By drawing one up and submitting it, you create something that you can sit back and wave like a flag to a bunch of moron sheep liberals, who are stupid enough to believe that you actually did something worth voting for. This kind of thing has the stench of a demorat all over it. There are plenty of laws to put criminals away who posess or use guns in criminal acts. If they are enforced, they work fine. If they are not enforced, then they are useless pieces of paper. This bill is junk and garbage. They dont look in your house to see if you have unregistered guns. If they so happened to chance to be in your house and they find a so called unregistered gun, you merely state "I am in the process of registering it, because I just bought it at a flee market." Or you simply deny that it is yours, and state that it belongs to an itinerant occasional house guest, and you did not know it was there. No one is going to convict anyone on such a crappy bill. What happened here is that some freak was slamming diet cokes with too much lemon wedge again, and when he reached for his bong he got the great idea to conjur up another junk bill so that the other freaks would think he was worth voting for.

I heard about it but i dont think it will work because most criminals carry guns that arent registered in the first place
