How does immigration affect medical care in the US?

legal immigrants ?
well , my experience with dr.s from "third world" countries is that most are even more callous and insensitive to their patients , possibly due to the cultural and language differences - and their greed and indifference to the plight of their own countrymen , that led them to come here . i no longer patronize them , when possible. nor would i trust my family or friends to be in their care. there are exceptions , i know , but why take the chance ?
note that i am specifically referring to dr.s from third world countries.
