You have to see the disparity. On one side you get married,.. its all done. On the other side (gay) ,.. you don't get married.

Beez I understand your frustration even though it doesn't directly affect the way I live my daily life.

I do however think it unfair to call all that don't like the idea bigots. Sure, some are, but hey, it goes back to that same example about any group of people. I am NOT going through the whole spiel, but you know all gay guys aren't "Flaming", but some are.

Just because some don't want it and some don't understand it, labeling all of them as bigots pushes the cause you want to happen backwards. People have self defense mechanisms and you know that too.

I agree, it will happen, but it took time for slavery, racism, and suffrage to be on paper as illegal also. Shall either of us live to be a normal age for death, we will see it because all the required precedents are in place and it will only take the right presentation and the M word, a whole lotta MONEY. But it takes time for people and some never will accept it, even if it is directly added to the Constitution in plain verbiage even though I think it is already there to be applied. But to be able to get over the religious overtones, the man and women only thinking and for some just the plain old eewwwww factor, it will take a whole lot more than that, and the angry side sets it going backwards. I guess maybe you don't have that eewwwww factor for straight people having sex, but I bet you know plenty of gay men who do at the thought of a woman all over them. I know only for sure one Lesbian if a man tries to make a move on her and touches her, she will hurt whoever it is because it grosses her out. The thought of a man entering her .......Whoaaaaa, No need for me to go all the way with that right now........
