Why or how did three people survive this without serious injury?



Haines City, Florida – On June 25, 2012 at approximately 1315 hours, the Haines City Police Department investigated a traffic crash resulting in a fatality on Highway 27 North at Old Polk City Road. The traffic crash involved five vehicles, to include three semi tractor trailer trucks and two passenger vehicles. The investigation revealed that a 2002 Freightliner semi tractor trailer driven by Johnny Jose Fernandez Santos, h/m, 2/11/67, of 600 Candlewood Lane, Orlando, Fl, failed to stop at the light and rear ended a Jeep Wrangler operated by Frank Everette Reid, w/m, 4/5/61 of 4008 Alafia Blvd., Brandon, Fl. The impact caused the Jeep Wrangler to rear end a Nissan Altima operated by Andrew Jimenez, h/m, 6/4/76 of 2655 Walden Court, Kissimmee, Fl, and forced both vehicles under a 2008 Freightliner
